Which homesites can I inquire about?
This page features Lots 1, 2, 3, 8, and 10. Contact our team for current availability, pricing, and the latest property information.
How large are the homesites?
The June 2021 survey lists Lot 1 at 10.03 acres, Lot 2 at 10.03 acres, Lot 3 at 10.07 acres, Lot 8 at 11.40 acres, and Lot 10 at 10.53 acres, all approximate. Confirm current parcel information as part of your review.
Do I have to build with KW Yoder?
KW Yoder Construction is the preferred builder. An outside builder requires development approval. Request the current recorded covenants and approval requirements before making building commitments.
What should I know about covenants and site planning?
ReYo Ridge has development covenants and an approval process. Ask for the current documents covering matters such as setbacks, home design, outbuildings, road arrangements, and association responsibilities. Aerial photos do not establish an approved building location.
What is included in the lot price?
Request the current price and written terms for the specific homesite. Home construction, site preparation, utility connections, and other project costs should be confirmed separately. No clearing, driveway, or other incentive is included unless agreed in writing.
What utilities are available?
Kevin has identified natural gas availability as a neighborhood feature. Availability is different from a completed connection. Confirm gas, electricity, internet, water, wastewater, connection costs, and site requirements for your selected homesite.
